What we collect

Our contact form collects exactly four things: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and your message. Nothing else is collected — this site sets no analytics, no tracking, and no cookies beyond what it needs to function.

Why we may process it

We process an enquiry on the basis of legitimate interest (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)): you have contacted a business about its services, and responding to you is the reason you wrote. We use your details only to reply to and deal with your enquiry — never for marketing lists, and we never sell or share them beyond the processing described below.

Who processes it

When you press send, your message is relayed by Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor, to our mailbox at info@macscaffolding.com. Resend transmits the message and retains transactional logs for delivery purposes; it does not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months from our last contact with you, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a working relationship, the correspondence is kept as part of the ordinary business record for that work instead.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data erased
• restrict or object to our processing of it
• receive the data you gave us in a portable form
